New Renderings Offer A Glimpse Inside Martin Flats; Micro Units Planned For WeHo.

Construction is well underway at Martin Flats located at the corner of Humphreys Street and Martin Street. Designed by Hastings Architecture, Martin Flats will offer fully furnished 200 sf micro-apartments in the heart of Wedgewood Houston. The apartments will include individual kitchenettes and bathrooms, at a price point projected below $1000.
