The Landings Phase One contains 4 building structures. Building A is located on the West-end of the site facing the Riverfront. It is an adaptive reuse of the existing warehouse split into 2 structures. The renderings show the structural supports at the center of the warehouse remaining as a feature of the new outdoor plaza. Building D, “The Oxbow”, is a residential mixed-use development located on the North-end of the site. Building E, “The Wayward”, is also a residential mixed-use development located on the South-end. The Wayward is closest to Top Golf.

North End – The Landings
The North-end of the Landings is comprised of The Oxbow (Building D) and the other half of the Retail (Building A). The view below is along Boots Street headed towards the future Tower One. The intersecting street is Cherokee Drive.

South End – The Landings
The South-end of The Landings is comprised of The Loft-styled Office (Building A) on the left and the Wayward Residential (Building E) on the right. The view below is along Boots Street headed towards The Oxbow.

West End – The Landings
The West-end of the Landings faces the River and includes , retail activation, outdoor dining plaza, and future 4-acre park. It also offers either direct or open access to all 4 buildings.

Phase 2
Phase 2 of the landings is currently proposed as two mixed use office buildings. It also includes the pedestrian Riverwalk bridge across the Cumberland to Germantown. These concepts are still preliminary; however, the current renderings are below.
