Construction has started on Rutledge Flats located near the corner Lea Ave & 3rd Ave S. Designed by Hastings Architecture, Rutledge Flats will offer fully furnished micro-apartments in the historic Rutledge Hill neighborhood. The co-living element to Rutledge Flats will feature large common kitchens, community spaces, a courtyard, rooftop deck, common bike storage, and storefront commercial space. The project is expected to open in summer of 2022.
