Construction is well underway at Alta Union, located on Centennial Blvd. in the Nations. NashvilleNowNext reported earlier in December when building framing activities commenced. Framing activities are now well underway on 2 of the 4 buildings and nearly complete on the other two. Designed by Brock Hudgins Architects, the architecture takes its modern cues from the area’s past industrial context. Once complete, ALTA union will offer a pool courtyard,1,600 SF of roof top terraces, and 7,500 SF of indoor amenity space. It will also add to the walkability and connectivity of the Nations.
