Construction is nearing completion at the new Nashville Electric Service (NES) substation in the North Gulch neighborhood. The substation will bring new energy and activation to this once quite strip. The new Substation will replace the current facility shown below. The current facility is located across from the new Amazon Headquarters. The existing site is already slated for redevelopment.
