Ever since my move to Nashville the Fairgrounds has been a bit of a mystery. Construction of the Expo Center was underway, and the stadium deal was hot & heavy. It was always a place I wanted to visit but always seemed closed. The announcement of the Phase 1 Mixed-use development sparked my interests and decided it was time to just pay it a visit.
Phase 1, also known as Block C, is the first development in the overall Mixed-use District. Block C is a 6-story building containing:
- 337 residential units
- Nearly 20,000 SF of Ground floor Commercial
- Ample Amenities
- Roof-Top Patio
- Pool courtyard
- Adjacent parking Deck
The development is located between the Fairgrounds Speedway & New Nashville SC Soccer Stadium. The overall Mixed-use district will provide both market rate and affordable housing options. Here is the quick rundown:
