Now&Next: Construction Progress At One22One Provides A Glimpse into The Future (&Past) of Broadway.

Designed by Gresham Smith architects, the 25-story One22One Broadway will offer 357,000 SF of office space, 6,700 SF of ground floor retail with direct access to I-40, & downtown Nashville.

Centrally located in the Gulch, the property will offer tenants immediate walkability to apartments, restaurants, entertainment, and grocery shopping. Anchoring the project is 1,600 SF of two-story retail, which will further connectivity and street activation.

According to its website, the iconic building will have top of the line amenities offered to its tenants. Local amenities include the new Whole Foods Market across the street and numerous nearby restaurants. Building Amenities include:
