
Demolition of the former Gibson Guitar building is nearly complete. Located along the Chruch Street viaduct, the site will make way for a new 25-story apartment & retail tower.
Designed by ESa Architects, the new mixed-use development includes nearly 380 residential units and will occupy half the city block. Application for demolition has been filed for quite a few months as the property has set vacant since 2019. For the development rundown check out my previous post below.
