

A request for final site plan approval was filed for multiple properties located on 8th Avenue South. Once approved it will permit a mixed-use development on the 3.14-acre site. The development will offer 252 residential units, 15,300 SF of residential space and 355 parking spaces.
The request also includes changes to the surrounding pedestrian and vehicular infrastructure. It includes a 4′ grass buffer between the sidewalk and street, a retaining wall, a commercial driveway curb cut, and landscaping improvements to name a few. Apart from the entrance into the garage and lobby, the entire ground floor fronting 8th Ave South is activated by restaurant uses. It is proposed illustratively with terraces of outdoor seating and fully glaze walls. Loading is located in an alley which wraps around adjacent properties.
