Under panoramic views of Downtown Nashville’s skyline, construction is well underway on the Affordable mixed-use project on West Trinity Lane – North Lights. The 22-acre site will feature 210 multifamily residential units, 90 townhomes, 27 single family residences, and on-site retail space.
Designed by Centric Architecture, North Lights is located three miles North of Downtown Nashville & across the river from MetroCenter. North Lights will pull inspiration from Nashville’s vibrant art scene and prominent collection of street murals. Given the development’s close proximity to the “Nashville Next Center”, the project will feature sidewalks along the parcel’s frontage and bolster the interconnectivity of the local community.
Currently, construction is well underway on the two four-story multi-family buildings at the center of the development, with both buildings structurally topped out. The townhome and retail portion at the front of the parcel, facing West Trinity Lane, is progressing with sewage and foundation work. Here is a look at the development progress so far.
