Parcels A, B, C, & a portion of E have been sold to Signature Homes and will feature approximately 400 residences.
June Lake Town Center

Designed to become the gateway to the City of Spring Hill, June Lake is the largest development project in Middle Tennessee since Cool Springs, also developed by Southeast Venture. The site plan in the background, shown in the image above, was published last year. The image in the foreground is the update as of 1st quarter 2021. The images below are a conceptual breakdown of the updated 2021 site plan.

The western quadrant, closest to Buckner Lane, proposes approximately 400 single family residences by Signature Homes. The other proposed features surrounding June Lake in this quadrant includes:
- (4) – Retail / Outdoor Dining
- (9) – Greenway Trail
- (10) – Adventure Play Area
- (11) – Overlook Deck

Just south of the quadrant above is the continuation of the Phase 1 plan. Some of the proposed features in the quadrant includes:
- (1) – Town Center
- (2) – Event Lawn
- (3) – Pavilion & Fishing Pier
- (5) – Retail with Residential Above
- (6) – Retail
- (12) – Commercial Parcel with Grocery

June Lake Town Center continues towards the Southeast of the site along Buckner Road. This portion of the site proposes retail uses, a hotel, & sport fields.
June Lake is still in the conceptual design phase. Be sure to check back for updates on June Lake as more on this development progresses.
