A request to revise the preliminary plan was filed for a portion of the Lions Head PUD. Once approved, the request will permit the 3,460 square foot fast food restaurant with a drive-thru for Raising Cane’s. The property is located at 36 White Bridge Pike at the former Wendy’s location. This would be Nashville’s first location for the Louisiana based chain.

The Plans did not include elevations of what the building would look like, however, I was able to find a similar prototype. The image above is from a recently approved project in Phoenix. The image shown above is the 4E-HV prototype, the prototype for the Lion’s Head site is 4E-V-HE. Based on my findings, the differences in the 4E-HV prototypes range in size, number of outdoor seating areas & exterior materials.

The site plan calls for two drive thru lanes and one bypass lane. It also includes the addition of new vehicular signs to direct traffic. There are two main outdoor seating areas which face Post Place and Trader Joe’s. The site also includes a bio retention pond. The project is slated for the September Planning Commission Meeting.
