Even newer renderings of 1414 4th Ave Mixed Use have been shared with NashvilleNowNext. Renderings from my previous post featured a yellow façade. The renderings in this post feature the more updated teal facade and more rendering angles. The renderings provide comprehensive insight into the design direction for the development site.

This phase of the development includes 346 residential units, 17 live/work units, and up to 23,200 SF of non-residential uses. The development will also include a 360-space parking garage in addition to 50 bike parking spaces.

The renderings were created by a strong design team which includes EOA, Manuel Zeitlin Architects, Kimley-Horn & Hawkins Partners. You can find the development rundown from Monday by clicking the banner at the bottom of this article.

The entrance road to the development is on 4th Ave. South. Upon entry you have the portion of preserved warehouse structure to the right and the multifamily building to the left. The images above shows the leasing center with the white facade on the ground floor.

The clubroom and parking garage entrance is shown with the teal facade. It also displays the address of the development and features the resident lobby, bike storage & repair, and the pet spa.

The portion of preserved warehouse shown in black, will include the fitness center and a mix of commercial flex spaces.

The pool courtyard is substantial and offers a more park-like setting with multiple uses. It includes a pavilion, pool, and a variety of seating options to name a few.
