Al. Neyer closed on the sale of Parkway Place, a 844,480 SF industrial property with Granite REIT in Murfreesboro TN. The property is adjacent to the BNA3 Amazon Fulfillment center on Joe B Jackson Parkway and abuts Interstate 24. This is Al. Neyer’s first project in Murfreesboro.
Granite REIT, a Canadian-based REIT engages in the acquisition, development, ownership and management of logistics, warehouse and industrial properties in North America and Europe. Granite closed on the purchase of the Murfreesboro, Tennessee land site in June and expects to complete construction of the building in Q3 of 2022. Al Neyer is handling the development and design-build construction.
