
Red Seal Homes is embarking on another Development on West Trinity Lane in North Nashville. A request for final site plan approval has been submitted for the 8.72 acres site. Once approved it will permit the 111 multi-family residential development. The request was made by Catalyst Design Group on behalf of the owner. Here’s the quick rundown:

The Development proposes 111, 3-bedroom garaged townhomes with rooftop decks. The project will activate W. Trinity Lane with 4 townhome buildings. There is a multi-use public walkway along the street that varies between 12 and 14 feet. The townhomes are situated slightly above the street level as shown in the image below.

Materials
Typical exterior materials include brick veneer complimented by fiber cement boards, wood-tone lap siding, composite railings, vinyl windows, wall sconce lighting, and a concrete stoop & stairs. The gallery below is an example of the front and rear of the townhome product.
