A request to rezone from R40 to SP zoning was filed for property located between Charlotte Pike & Old Charlotte Pike in West Nashville. The request would permit 57 multi-family residential units on the approximately 1-acre site. The request was made by Dale & Associates on behalf of the owner.
The current site is vacant; however, this segment of Charlotte Pike is seeing a lot of multi-family development construction. It’s also near the Nashville West Shopping center and other retail located along Charlotte Pike.

There were no illustrations included in the plan, however, the site proposes a total of 57 multifamily units. The site layout includes a 4 story multi family structure flanked by 6 Townhomes to the East & 7 Townhomes to the West.

Access onto the site is proposed on Old Charlotte Pike using a newly proposed one-way. Infrastructure improvements on Charlotte Pike includes:
- 8 Foot Sidewalk
- 6 Foot Grass Strip
- 8 Foot Bike Lane
VFW Post 1970 is the only adjacent building to the site from Old Charlotte Pike. There is also an entrance into Pet Resorts of America at the split between Charlotte & Old Charlotte Pike. The development is scheduled for the 9/21/2021 MPC Meeting Agenda
