The preliminary plan for Novel Belle Meade has been updated from its previous submission back in February. The new plan provides more insight into the architectural design as well as more information on the site’s use. Some of the modifications include:
- Capacity updates include 300 Max Units & 6,000 SF Commercial Use
- 1,500 SF Retail at the corner next to Target
- 453 Parking Spaces
- Pervious pavers vs asphalt at the front of the building
- A Dog Run at the rear of the building
