915 Division LLC, filed an application for a 16-Story mixed use development named Society Nashville. The property is located at 915 Division Street within the Gulch. According to the submitted plan, zoning currently permits 10 stories by-right and up to 16 stories utilizing the Bonus Height Program. The site sits next to the Terrazzo condos to the west and a one-story self-storage facility to the east.

‘Society Nashville’ adds to the growing collection of new, best-in-class residential developments in the Gulch. The proposed 16-story structure has 4 levels of parking, one of which is below grade. The parking garage liner conceals the parking structure and activates Division Street. Level 1 proposes a double height retail and resident lobby. Level 2 proposes liner units above the resident lobby and retail. Levels 3 & 4 are resident amenity spaces which includes a pool deck above the garage.

Materials on the pedestrian levels consists of a combination of precast, metal panels, window walls & storefront glazing. The tower features stucco, glass windows & doors, wire railings, and metal panels. The screened parking structure faces Interstate 40.
