
GBT Realty who is known for Developing iconic buildings in the Nashville core has expanded its footprint into River North. The Developer announced today that they’ve closed on 3.71 acres, in the Mixed-Use District in East Nashville.
GBT is doubling down on its commitment to the Nashville market; in a press release Jeff Pape, Managing Director at GBT Realty stated, “At GBT Realty we are deeply committed to our home market of Nashville where we are undertaking large-scale projects focused on exceptional design and delivering the right developments to benefit businesses, residents, and neighbors,” Here’s a quick rundown of the transaction:

GBT is early in its planning stages for its vision for River North. The master plan for the property will be a mixed-use development with current zoning allowing for up to 25 stories by right and an additional 13 stories (38 stories maximum) through the bonus height program making this one of the most densely zoned areas in Nashville.
