
ZMX Incorporated has submitted plans for a new multifamily development just off of Elm Hill Pike near BNA. The development is seeking to rezone the site to SP Zoning near the Century City Development. Once approved the permit will make way for a new multi-family development on the 5.57 acre site. The request was made by Barge Cauthen & Associates on behalf of Corporate Investment Partners. Here’s the quick rundown.

The development proposes 196 units within two buildings with both garage and surface parking. The leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, and pool are proposed in Building A. The 80,000 SF Building B primarily consists of 1&2 Bedroom Units and a single level of below grade parking. Overall the development includes landscape improvements, sidewalks, and a bioretention pond. The site is also adjacent to the Learning Zone, a child development center.
