Plans have been submitted for one of many new Whataburger locations in Nashville. The site is located on Lebanon Pike in Donelson. The application includes 3 properties in the submission and includes 2604B, 2606, and 2608 Lebanon Pike. The location of the project site (as identified in the submitted plans) is shown in the image above.
The submitted application requests a modification to the Downtown Donelson Urban Design Overlay District. Once approved, the request will permit a modification to the minimum façade width requirements and to the number of driveway access points required. The request was filed by Whataburger on behalf of Spiva/Hill Management and Investment LLC.
The site plan includes a new dual drive-thru, parking, landscape, and hardscape improvements. The building has seating both inside of the restaurant as well as an outdoor patio facing Lebanon Pike. Below are a few additional renderings included in the plan.
