Holladay Ventures has submitted plans to rezone properties located at 1827 Murfreesboro Pike to SP Zoning. The developer intends to provide a high-quality community that includes a mixture of housing types, opportunities for both rental & for-purchase, and a mixed-use component to the 12.22-acre site.

Situated conveniently along the Murfreesboro Pike Corridor, the property is minutes from BNA, Donelson Pike, Briley Parkway, I24 and I40.
