Summit view is a proposed development which includes 112 Garage townhomes by the Pulte Group. This development adds to the evolving inventory of infill multi-family development along West Trinity Lane and Buena Vista Pike. More notably, the project is within proximity of the ‘Riverside’, a new riverfront development situated between West Trinity and the Cumberland River.

Summit View includes multiple properties on Summit Avenue in the Bordeaux Area. The application requests to rezone from R8 to SP zoning on the 14.96-acres site and maintain an existing telecommunications facility. The development proposes a 4-story townhome product for the North Nashville site. The first floor features an entry foyer and tandem parking garage. The second level includes an open concept kitchen, cafe, and gathering area. Level 3 has the Owner’s suite and second bedroom, while the top floor includes a loft with powder room and front & back terraces.
