Novel Edgehill, by Crescent Communities, is situated at the gateway of the Edgehill Neighborhood and a short walk to the Gulch & Downtown Nashville. The new 270-unit mixed-use development is located at the corner of Hawkins Street and 12th Ave South. Novel Edgehill will activate this segment of 12th Avenue South with more than 3000 SF of commercial space. BODYROK, a Pilates inspired group class, will occupy more than 1,800 square feet on the ground floor. The leasing office will also showcase and sell products from local small businesses.
Novel Edgehill has a plethora of amenities and works to incorporate a lot of the character of the Edgehill neighborhood. Although the building is still under construction, I had the opportunity to capture some of the areas nearing completion.
