The development proposes two towers along 19th Avenue N between Church & Hayes Streets. The residential tower is located at the corner of 19th & Church. The Ground floor features 5,750 SF of much needed retail space along Church street. The resident lobby is located along 19th Avenue North.
There is one level of below grade parking and 12 levels of above grade parking with apartment liner units. The Tower will raise 28 floors and feature studio, 1, 2, & 3-bedroom units as well as two penthouse levels. The development also includes two rooftop amenity levels on both the 13th & 25th floors.
The Hotel Tower is located at the corner of 19th & Hayes Street. The hotel lobby entrance is located on 19th Avenue North and features breakfast & lounge areas. The entrance into the parking garage is located on Hayes street. The 182-Key hotel will also feature a rooftop pool deck.
