Centrum Realty & Development (Centrum) received Metro Planning approval for height modification. The tallest tower reaches 448 feet and 39 floors. The modification allows the development’s density to be broken into three buildings with 3 levels of underground parking, capped by a 70,000 SF park. The park is located within the center of the 3 towers and accessible to the public on all sides of the property.

Designed by Gensler, the project will take design cues from the surrounding architecture. The 39-story residential building features masonry, stone, & cast stone façade to mirror materials common to the Rutledge Hill sub-district.
