Wood Partners has begun construction on The Station by Alta, a 302-unit multifamily project at 900 East Trinity Lane. Located on 6-acres in East Nashville, the project includes the adaptive reuse of an existing gas station and re-creation of an on-site warehouse including its signature bow truss architecture. Wood Partners is also serving as the general contractor.

Designed by Brock Hudgins, the Station will peak at four stories and will consist primarily of one-bedroom apartments with an additional mix of studios and two-bedrooms. The adaptive reuse of the gas station and warehouse will house the coworking space, club room, and fitness center. Amenities also include an outdoor fitness area & resort-style pool.

“We look forward to remaining active and developing creatively in our community. We will continue to seek opportunities to develop in and around Nashville. This is our home and we are proud of what we continue to accomplish in this great city,”
Andrew Steffens, Wod Partners-Nashville Leader
With the start of The Station by Alta, Steffens has further solidified Wood Partners as one of Nashville’s most active developers, with six properties beginning construction over the last 20 months for a total of 1,759 units. Wood Partners remains actively seeking additional development sites in the area.
