Town Center at Berry Farms is a new mixed-use development by Greystar. Located in Franklin, Town Center is a short drive to downtown Nashville and located at the center of major redevelopment projects in Williamson County. Town Center includes multiple building structures. Building 1 is currently open and preleasing is well underway for the remaining buildings. Town Center will join the growing district by bringing multi-family density. This provides an opportunity for more people too enjoy the walkability that Berry Farms has to offer. Amenities include a large fitness center, pool, & clubroom. There are also storefront retail spaces located on the ground floor of some of the buildings. Additionally, Berry Farms boast its own shopping center complete with a Publix.
