Southcrest Reserve will provide housing inventory for a bustling, multicultural, and dynamic area of Nashville. Residents will have immediate access to a full suite of amenities and retailers on-site while being along a major transit corridor to and from downtown. We’re excited to provide an additive multi-use development to our portfolio in our home market.”

Barnett Design Studio is taking on the design of the multifamily component. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness facility, lounge, coworking areas, as well with a pool and communal grills.

GBT is significantly investing in the Nolensville Road area, currently developing a 7-11 next door to Southcrest between Old Burkitt and Burkitt Road and having delivered Southpointe Marketplace immediately to the north of the project which is headlined by Aldi.
