Dominium has submitted plans to construct a new 7-story affordable housing development located at the corner of Dickerson Pike & Cleveland Street. The multi-family structure is situated near the gateway of the Dickerson Pike corridor and across from River North in East Nashville. Once constructed, the $90,000,000 development will be named ‘900 at Cleveland Park’ & offer 256 high-quality affordable residences.

Affordable housing is hard to come by in hot real estate markets in any city. A 100% affordable development so close to the East Bank is a win for everyone.

This section of East Nashville will be completely transformed in the coming years. River North (to the left of the photo) is a new mixed-use district Cowan Street. It will which will soon be home to the Landings by MRP Realty and a new campus for Oracle. Additionally, there are new projects in the pipeline by developers such as GBT Realty who have recently purchased land there. The painted homes (to the right of the photo) along Dickerson pike have 1000’s have planned units in the pipeline.

Overall, 900 At Cleveland Park is a 7 story with 2 levels of above grade parking. Site improvements include wider sidewalks as well as a tree-lined grass buffer along the street curb. There is already an existing bus stop located at the entrance of the new building.The development will feature studio, one, micro one, two, and three bedroom residences. The preliminary floor plans are spacious and livable with an emphasis on high quality.



Amenities include a fitness center, co-working space, community lounge, multiple courtyards, cafe, and rooftop plaza. Levels 1 & 2 features apartment liner units which conceal the parking garage. Level 3 features four large community courtyards, the community room, café, and fitness center. The outdoor areas are shown in green in the floor plans above. Level 7 offers a rooftop plaza that will provide views of downtown and the east bank.
