Now & Next: State Street Apartments Start To Take Shape In Midtown Nashville.

Previously 1600 Patterson, Woodfield State Street Apartments is one of the few developments I have had the opportunity to track since starting NashvilleNowNext. Thirteen months later from that first article, the scale of the development is turning out to make quite statement.

Designed by the Housing Studio & constructed by R.C. Matthews, the development consists of two buildings with a total of 292 units and 359 parking spaces. The project is located between State & Patterson Streets and will feature a mix of unit types. Most notably, the project will offer a unique loft product with a spiral stair and soaring ceilings.
