Excavation and foundation activities have commenced at Bristol Dickerson Pike, a new multi-family project by Bristol Development. The development was previously called “The Link” according to previous news articles, however, the latest documents did not carry that name or logo.

The development is bordered by Dickerson Pike & Elmhurst Avenue to the East & West and Lucile Street to the South. The project takes up a sizable lot with the buildings primarily fronting Dickerson Pike and Elmhurst Avenue. Additionally, the development is located along a transit corridor with an existing bus stop located at the corner of Dickerson & Lucile.

With the growing lists of construction starts and development advancements, it will be interesting to see how Dickerson Pike strikes a balance between affordable, market rate, & pedestrian safety projects. The map below shows a sample of active projects along a segment of Dickerson Pike. I will continue to update the map as more announcements are made.
