Construction is set to commence this month on Phase II of the Gulch Union Development. Located at the corner of Demonbreun Street & 12th Avenue South, the new 28-story tower will join the recently completed office tower, 1222 Demonbreun, at Gulch Union. There is one remaining tower as part of the 3-phase development that is also planned as residential. According to the developer, the Gulch Union master plan seeks to stitch-together the pedestrian experience between the Gulch, Broadway, and Music Row.
