Construction is set to commence this month on Phase II of the Gulch Union Development. Located at the corner of Demonbreun Street & 12th Avenue South, the new 28-story tower will join the recently completed office tower, 1222 Demonbreun, at Gulch Union. There is one remaining tower as part of the 3-phase development that is also planned as residential. According to the developer, the Gulch Union master plan seeks to stitch-together the pedestrian experience between the Gulch, Broadway, and Music Row.
“Gulch Union is positioned at a gateway location that is ideal for residents, office workers, and visitors. As Nashville transforms into a 24-hour city, we’re seeking to deliver a model development that provides its users easy access to everything Nashville’s urban core has to offer, while also offering top level services, amenities, and features on site. Gulch Union’s phases will be interconnected, feature complementary architecture and street level activation, ultimately amplifying the excitement and energy found within the Gulch.”Jamil Alam, Managing Principal of Endeavor.
