In addition to the traditional grab & go options found in the new MAPCO prototypes, the store also proposes a Subway. There is both indoor & outdoor seating shown for the expanded food options. The plans also include a longer fuel island for the site.

The overall site configuration will also change as the gas station will absorb the adjacent properties. The gas station will now extend to 9th Avenue North. The store will be longer and set back closer to the edge of the property line. The plan shows added parking spaces, accommodation for a future turn lane and streetscape improvements. The image below provides an illustrative view of the new site plan configuration.

The project is scheduled for the 4/14/22 Metro Planning Agenda. Be sure to subscribe for more on this and other developments In & Around Nashville!
