Construction is now complete at the new medical aesthetics practice, ElàMar Esthetics Boutique. The new boutique is located in the Sylvan Supply retail & office development facing Charlotte Pike. The development has both surface parking, a parking garage, as well as landscaped grounds which gets you to the boutique. The address is 4101 Charlotte Pike Suite G100.
Dowdle Construction Group handled the build-out of the 3,347-square-foot space which was designed by Dryden Architecture + Design. Founded in Decatur, Alabama, this is ElàMar’s second location offering luxury medical aesthetics and skin care services, including Botox®, dermal fillers, facials, microneedling and more.
“We’re thrilled to open the doors to our newest location here in Nashville, and to be in a cool spot like Sylvan Supply,” said ElàMar owner Dr. Marlin Gill. “We couldn’t be happier with how the space turned out, and we know it’ll be a welcoming space to carry out our mission of helping our customers feel beautiful.”
The building’s exterior features a living wall, painted copper sign, and metal mesh ceiling details. The interior features include:
- A copper-railed staircase that leads to the main lobby with pink terrazzo floors.
- Blush walls and a 13-foot reception desk made of custom terrazzo.
- The retail area and waiting room have modern industrial touches which include.
- Custom-stained concrete flooring.
- High-gloss cabinets finished in antique rose.
- Copper shelving with concealed LED strip lighting to optimize the display of products.
The space also includes a numbing lounge and six treatment rooms with a texturized roman clay finish lining the hallway.
“We enjoyed working with Marlin and team as well as longtime design partner Nick Dryden,” said Dowdle Project Manager Kyle Swarm. “After working on and within L&L Market, we were excited to contribute to Sylvan Supply, another marketplace-style development just down the road. The Charlotte Avenue corridor is becoming a lucrative location for restaurants and retail, and ElàMar is a great addition to it.”
