The Pietown Condo development is swiftly taking shape in Downtown Nashville. As one of the first new residential developments in the downtown subdistrict, the project is setting a new precedent for exceptional design. The development is located at the intersection of Middleton Street & 7th Avenue South.



Pie Town is situated between the Gulch & Rutledge Hill. The area primarily consists of updated industrial structures with new uses and has a rich African American & religious history.
