The vision for Paseo South Gulch has become even more clear as new plans for the site were revealed. Plans were submitted for Towers 3 & 4 to join the revitalized Voorhees building and antiques mall. The site is located between 7th & 8th Avenues along Division Street.
According to the plan, the project aims to set a precedent for design quality in the rapidly evolving Nashville skyline and pedestrian realm.
“We have submitted an exciting proposal to Metro Planning that will enhance our vision for Paseo South Gulch, ensuring it becomes a pivotal “Live-Work-Play-Stay” destination in Nashville. The submission includes plans for the next phase at the Paseo; towers three and four – an office tower as well as a second multifamily tower. The plans include thoughtfully designed public spaces, an extension of the original Paseo concept, and seamless interconnectivity with our award-winning revitalization of the Antiques Mall and Voorhees building, the previously submitted hotel/condo project and our first multifamily tower, Prima, which is under-construction.Taylor Ott, Vice President of Development at SomeraRoad
