AllianceBernstein (AB) announced plans to relocate its global headquarters from New York to Nashville back in May 2018. Since that time, the AB team has grown to more than 1,000 employees in the Nashville office, more than 80% of its target. The relocation process is expected to be completed by 2024 filling a need across the firm’s corporate functions.
AB’s new corporate headquarters is located in the new Fifth & Broadway Mixed-use district and is quite a spectacular space. The state-of-the-art class A office is equipped with some of the best physical environments, amenities, collaboration tools, and technology. AB is leasing 221,000 SF of office space on the top 8 floor of the office tower.
