Work is well underway at The Rockwell multifamily development. The project is set to transform the once vacant parcel into 175-class A luxury residences. The property is located at the NE corner of Indian Creek & Old Monrovia Road.



The development is conveniently located within walking distance to many of the area’s retail options. There is a Publix just East of the property and the Shops at the Village of Providence to the South. The development also joins a growing number of recent multifamily & single-family home construction in the area.
The Rockwell adds to a wave of new multifamily projects along the University Drive Corridor. The project is just a short drive to Downtown Huntsville, Research Park, Mid-City District, & The Orion Amphitheater. The map below shows the adjacency of other developments to The Rockwell.
