Parachute is a new mixed-use development on 8th Avenue South. This project represents the third development on Eighth Avenue by Developer CA South. The project is consistent with other CA South Projects by introducing a new West Coast vibe and aesthetic. The project is located near the corner of 8th Ave South & Olympic Street. Construction on Parachute started in 2021 and is set to deliver in 2023. The property is located within an opportunity zone and is being developed in partnership with Argosy Real Estate.
Parachute will provide a mix of studio, 1, 2, & 3-bedroom residences with Ground Floor retail. Ojas Partners is brokering the 2,314 SF of Ground Floor Retail. The ground floor also includes the resident lobby, leasing office, building amenities, and parking. The pool deck is featured on level 1.
