SomeraRoad broke ground this morning on Emblem Park, a new mixed-use development positioned at the edge of the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Emblem Park is a uniquely designed multi-family development by an all-star, Nashville-based Design Team.
The property is located at the corner of 4th Avenue South & Bianca Paige Way; it is also directly across from Trax, a long time LGBTQ+ establishment.

Designed by EOA & Manuel Zeitlin, Emblem Park will provide walkable access to a myriad of popular local area businesses and to GEODIS Park, the home of the Nashville Soccer Club & largest MLS Stadium in the US. Bridge Investment Group joined SomeraRoad as a JV equity partner on the project, investing in Emblem Park out of their Opportunity Zone Fund. Wintrust Bank will also provide a $65M construction loan for the project. Here’s the quick rundown:

This is an important and exciting milestone for SomeraRoad and further reinforces our full commitment to Nashville, a city we’ve come to call home.”
