Work on Foundations and the concealed parking deck are well underway at The Lofts at Marathon. Multifamily developer Rangewater announced the 320-unit Development in November of last year. The 2.69-acre property is located at 806 16th Ave N.
The development is located in Marathon Village, a small sub-community in close proximity to a host of new development projects. Additionally, it is in walking distance to a number of restaurants, retail, distilleries, shops, offices, colleges and universities.
The developer enlisted the services of interior design firm Beasley & Henley for finishes. The image above gives a glimpse of the design direction. The development will include a mix of studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a podcast lounge, flexible work spaces, pool deck, yoga lawn, pet spa, and enclosed courtyards.
