Emerging from a major business transformation, Placemakr’s Music Row is the first property following their new business model of owning and leasing the entire building. They previously leased rooms in specific sections of hotels for an agreed-upon timeframe. Amenities at Placemakr’s Nashville locations include on property management, housekeeping, a full kitchen, in-unit washers and dryers, private bedrooms and bathrooms, walk-in closets, full living rooms, a luxury pool and fitness center and a community lounge.
