The west end of Church Street, in Midtown, continues its evolution from 2-3 story commercial buildings to mixed-use towers. Roers Capital, LLC looks to continue that trend with a pair of 30 -story towers. The project is located along 15th Avenue N & Church Street. The property address is 1414 Church Street.

The project includes a 566-unit residential tower located on 15th Avenue North and a planned hotel Tower on Church Street. A request was submitted to rezone the entire property from MUI-A to SP Zoning for the collection of parcels that make up the 0.86-acre site. Once approved, the request will permit a mixed-use development. The request was submitted by Roers Capital, LLC on behalf of the Property Owners. The overall site is bounded by Church Street, 15th Avenue N, and public alleys. Although both towers are in the early stages, the submitted plans primarily detail the residential component. The hotel phase is still in design development.


The residential building has 2 levels of below grade parking and 7 levels above the ground floor. The parking is shared between the two towers. Access to the parking garage, loading, and back-of-house areas are from the alleys. The retail gallery and resident lobby front 15th Avenue N and include indoor and outdoor seating in various locations.
There are two proposed amenity decks in the residential tower. There is an amenity deck on level 9 above the parking garage and a roof top amenity with a pool on level 30. Plans only show overall building uses as the design is still in progress. NashvilleNowNext (N3) will publish updates as more information becomes available.
