The west end of Church Street, in Midtown, continues its evolution from 2-3 story commercial buildings to mixed-use towers. Roers Capital, LLC looks to continue that trend with a pair of 30 -story towers. The project is located along 15th Avenue N & Church Street. The property address is 1414 Church Street.
The project includes a 566-unit residential tower located on 15th Avenue North and a planned hotel Tower on Church Street. A request was submitted to rezone the entire property from MUI-A to SP Zoning for the collection of parcels that make up the 0.86-acre site. Once approved, the request will permit a mixed-use development. The request was submitted by Roers Capital, LLC on behalf of the Property Owners.
