Plans are in the works for a new 4-story development on Broadway. The proposed building will replace the existing 2-story building of the now closed Trail West Boots & Apparel. The development is located at 209 Broadway near the Nashville Underground and Acme Feed & Seed.

The property closed last December for $20 million, which according to sources was the highest cost per foot at the time. A request for final site plan approval was submitted to allow the 4-story commercial use structure on the 0.14-acre site. The request was submitted by Tuck Hinton on behalf of the Owner.

The submitted plan is conceptual and was only for site plan approval, therefore, not many interior details were revealed. The plans, however, did reveal some context on the basement and the 1st levels. The basement will include back of house uses and utility easements. The 1st floor consists of an expansive bar and dining area. It also includes 2 elevators, restrooms, a retail area and raised platform. Additionally, there is a mezzanine level which opens to the 1st floor. The mezzanine has a drum area, dining room, bar, green room, and another restroom bank.
The project is scheduled for the 9/8/2022 Metro Planning agenda.
