The 11-acre development is set to further transform Huntsville, Alabama’s downtown core. Designed by Torti Gallas + Partners, Front Row will create a vibrant one-of-a-kind experience in Downtown. The Project will feature premier multifamily residences, chef-inspired restaurants, Class A office spaces, a boutique hotel, and an active and accessible urban plaza for community events and programming.
Home of the former coca cola plant, the site has set empty since its demolition. The unparalleled project matches the exciting growth and vibrancy of the Huntsville community and will be one of the most transformative projects to the city’s evolving downtown core.
