Lincoln Property Company is planning a new 16 Story mixed use development in Midtown Nashville. The site is strategically located at the corner of Elliston Street and Reidhurst Avenue and a short walk to Centennial Park, Vanderbilt, Centennial Sports plex, and the Ascension Saint Thomas medical campus. The property is currently the home of Martin’s BBQ with an address of 2400 Elliston Place.
Development in Midtown is showing no signs of slowing as the area has a solid list of planned developments and projects under construction. This marks the second new tower proposed along this segment of West End Avenue. Local developer GBT unveiled renderings of the Sinclair, a 27-story mixed-use tower at the corner of Elliston Place and West End Avenue. Vanderbilt University has also overhauled its old residence halls along this segment, replacing them with timeless architectural statements.
Additionally, there is a lineup of planned mixed-use towers, 2 planned megaprojects, and podium construction multifamily projects that will continue the evolution of Midtown Nashville. This investment in office, multifamily, entertainment, and commercial development in Midtown will position Nashville as a top contender for companies looking to relocate their operations. The map below provides a sample of key adjacent developments in Midtown.
A request was submitted to rezone from MUG-A (mixed-use) to SP(specific plan) zoning for the collection of properties bordered by Elliston Place, 24th Avenue North, and Reidhurst Avenue.
