Al. Neyer (Neyer) has made substantial progress on the Alligood Industrial Park, one of four active projects by Neyer in the City of Lebanon. This two-building, rear-load project totals 411,150 SF, with Building I at 175,950 SF and Building II at 235,200 SF. There are just under 300 parking spaces on the site, and the buildings will be available for lease in between late 2022 or early 2023. The project is located near the corner of Alligood Way & Murfreesboro Road.

Lebanon has seen major investment in its industrial market lately, with major companies investing all around the Nashville suburb. Located just 0.2 miles from the major I-40 interchange (Exit 238) and only 1.5 miles from the downtown square, the project will provide great access to the interstate and the local market for any companies leasing the space. The buildings are built with a seven inch concrete floor slab and typical bay spaces of 56 feet x 50 feet for Building 1, and 56 feet x 56 feet for Building 2. The clear height of the buildings is 32’ with 9 feet x 10 feet dock doors. There is some amount of office space available as part of Build-to-Suit TI packages. Building 1 is nearly 85% complete while Building 2 is 25% complete.
