Developer and design-builder Al. Neyer has just announced plans to construct The Hickory at Indian Lake Village, a 212 -unit luxury multifamily development in the upscale Indian Lake Village area of Hendersonville. Construction begins this month with an anticipated completion of the first units delivering in summer 2024. The project is located at 257 Indian Lake Blvd.
The Hickory will span two four-story buildings, offering one and two-bedroom residences along with market-leading amenities such as a two-level fitness center, co-workingspaces, resort-style pool and clubhouse, and pet spa. The apartment community will be located less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville in the fast-growing suburb of Hendersonville, Tennessee, with immediate access to the Hendersonville Greenway walking and biking trail. The Hickory is situated within Indian L ake Village, an upscale retail, office, residential, and entertainment development that serves as a destination for Sumner County and beyond. As part of the development, Al. Neyer will be constructing a roundabout and additional turn lanes to enhance access to retail and dining options located nearby.

The Hickory adds to Al. Neyer’s strategic growth in the multifamily sector . Al. The Hickory marks the company’s first Nashville-area multifamily to break ground, with future projects in the works. Al. Neyer will act as owner, developer, and design-builder for the project.
