Nashville-based Vintage South Development in partnership with Nicol Investment Company will soon deliver Northwest Huntsville’s newest mixed-use office development – HQ. The 4-story mixed-use development will include a mix of office, retail, and restaurant uses. Doster Construction broke ground on HQ early last year and anticipates completion mid-year. The project address is 1300 Enterprise Way.
HQ represents the final project in the Upland Park development. Developed by Nicols Investment Company, the 60-acre mixed-use community is located near the Cummings Research Park and includes 3 major multifamily projects; one of which is a senior living community. Upland Park is located just west of Downtown Huntsville and joins a list of new mixed-use projects in the area. MidCity District, a mall-to-mixed-use conversion, is located directly to the east of Upland Park on the opposite side of Research Park Blvd.
The ground floor of HQ includes 360 degrees of activation within the pedestrian realm. The street level features 30,000 SF of demisable retail and restaurant space, many with outdoor seating options. The office space consists of 80,000SF of leasable floor plates on levels 2 – 4. HQ features a modern design and includes a minimum of 10-foot-high ceilings, ample parking and is minutes to Downtown Huntsville. Here’s the quick rundown:

The thoughtfully designed exterior carefully integrates the surface parking lot with the pedestrian experience. The surrounding pedestrian realm includes retail patios, outdoor bar counters with crushed stone, a vehicle drop and an open-air breezeway.
